Mascherano wins Olympic gold

Javier Mascherano helped Argentina to beat Nigeria in this morning’s Mens Football Olympics final.
With this, Mascherano becomes the first Argentinean footballer to win two Olympic gold medals after his gold medal for years ago in Athens.
Angel Di Maria scored the only goal of the game on 58 minutes as they beat Nigeria 1-0.
Mascherano will come back to Liverpool in the following days and Lucas, who won the bronze medal with Brazil is also expected back very soon.
