Liverpool snap up Saric

Liverpool have scouted Denmark last season and have decided to sign highly-rated Herfolge starlet Nikola Saric.

Rafa Benitez is believed to have fended off interest from a host of clubs across Europe, including Barcelona, to snatch the 17-year-old striker.

Rafa has been said to be a keen admirer of Saric for a very long time, and was about to sign him with Daniel Agger years back.

Saric has agreed a three-year deal with Liverpool and the youngster is excited at the prospect of moving to Anfield.

“Of course, I want to join Liverpool FC.” he told Herfolge’s official website.

“I will get to train with the big names over there and develop in the reserves.

“It is a tremendous chance for me and I am very happy.

He will also join the reserves squad along with new signing Weijl.
