Reserve striker Krisztian Nemeth has been told by his national coach Erwin Koeman to quit Anfield as he will never be in the first squad.
Koeman suggests that with Fernando Torres, Robbie Keane, Dirk Kuyt and Andriy Voronin at the club, Nemeth should seek a lesser club to go to, or request to be loaned out.
“I don’t think that, at Liverpool, he has a real chance to play besides Torres, Keane, Voronin or Kuyt.” he said.
“If he could get into the senior team then it would be a fantastic success, but I think it’s more likely that he’d be loaned to another team or – it’s worse – he may stay with the reserves.” he added..
Nemeth joined Liverpool in 2007 from MTK Hungaria FC but is yet to make a debut for the first team.
