England right-back Glen Johnson has completed his move to Liverpool after sining a four-year deal.
The ex-Chelsea defender is Rafael Benitez’s first major signing of the summer from Premier League rivals Portsmouth.
Johnson has played for several top clubs in England including West Ham United, Millwall, Chelsea and Pompey.
Although his squad number hasn’t been decided yet, it’s believed he will take over the number 2 shirt from Andrea Dossena, who’s set to leave and join an Italian club.
Johnson will be the only player in the first-team who has won a Premier League title winner’s medial, during his time at Stamford Bridge.
